How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Most items are made within 2-5 business days of order. Of course, some goods are in stock and will be sent faster. Delivery times will depend on the items you order, the locations from which the items are shipped, and the supplier's capacity at the time.
Product colors displayed on screens may vary depending on your monitor settings. For a more accurate view, use the sRGB IEC61966-2.1 color profile.
Is it possible to exchange the product for a different size and color?
Read about the return of goods in the section, Terms. If you're not sure which size would fit better, check out our size charts. Size tables, based on the individual base model of each product, tend to vary, so it is recommended to compare the sizes indicated in the description of the selected product. Although it is rare, the item you ordered may have been mislabeled. If so, please email [email protected] within two weeks of receiving the order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled items, and we will contact you.

I was sent a wrong, damaged product, what should I do?
We are very sorry if the item you ordered arrived wrong or damaged. To help us solve this problem, please send us a message within two weeks to [email protected] with photos of the damaged product, the order number, and other useful information. We will contact you and solve it as soon as possible!
